Chicken Avocado Wrap



vegetable oil as needed

8 6-inch wheat tortillas

16 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast

½ cup low fat shredded monterey jack cheese

½ cup nonfat sour cream

1 cup guacamole



1 avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced

¼ cup chopped onion

¼ cup diced tomato

1 tsp. dried cilantro



Grill chicken breast and cut into strips. Warm tortillas and place in tortilla warmer until ready to serve. Fill tortillas with chicken strips, cheese, sour cream and guacamole.



In a small bowl, mash avocado; add onions, tomatoes and cilantro. Mix well.
