RED BELL PEPPER SPREAD
Ingredients
1 cup bottled roasted peppers, drained and rinsed lightly
1/2 cup canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 garlic cloves
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Use on sandwiches or over fish.
