Ingredients
3 cups sliced cucumbers
3 cups peeled and sliced carrots
3/4 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup chopped dill
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
Arrange cucumbers, carrots, and onions in a 13 x 9-inch dish. Combine dill and remaining ingredients, and stir well with a whisk. Pour over cucumbers, carrots, and onions. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
