Regular workouts can help ease stress, yet it can be hard to find the time to fit it in. If you make your workouts a priority, you may find ways to better manage your time. Can you cut back on 30 minutes of TV to work out instead? Can you wake up 30 minutes earlier than usual to get a walk in? If you take an hour at lunch, can you work out for half of that time? Can you schedule your workouts and mark them in your calendar as important appointments you can’t miss? How can you adjust your schedule to make room for exercise?
