Take a trip to a park in your area. Go for a hike. Enjoy the wildlife and the scenery. Go for a swim if there’s a lake or river. and revel in the beauty of the natural world. Bring a picnic lunch so you can spend the day, or camp overnight, if that’s an option. Parks are great spaces to get active and spend time in nature.
