Giving yourself a massage may be easier than you think. Take 10 to 20 minutes to gently grasp and knead and squeeze your shoulders. Grasp the back and sides of your neck and do the same. Try some slow strokes up the back of your neck with your fingertips. Repeat. Once you reach the base of your skull, press your fingers in a bit more deeply, and make some slow, small circles. Move these circles up onto the scalp. Don’t forget the temples.
