If you feel stressed or angry, try deep breathing, meditation, or a walk. If you’re sad or lonely, reach out to a trusted friend or family member.
If you have a bout of emotional eating, don’t kick yourself. Learn from the setback and put new strategies in place. If you can’t gain control of emotional eating, think about getting help from a therapist.
