Life is hectic. Some days, you may look at the clock and realize you forgot to get your workout in. It may help to set some reminders for yourself. Pack your gym bag and set it by the front door or on the front passenger seat of your car. Set reminders on your cell phone, computer, or calendar. Keep a pair of running shoes at work or in the car. Set hand weights or resistance bands by the TV. Ask your workout buddy to text or call you an hour before your scheduled workout.
