But even if you can’t get a full 30-minute workout in, doing a shorter workout is better than nothing at all. So, think of one way to free up some time so you can get a 10-minute walk, run, or cycling session in. You could also do some jumping jacks or jog in place during TV commercials. When you make a conscious decision to fit a workout into your daily routine, the closer you’ll get to your fitness goal. Even short workouts count.
