STRESS CHALLENGE

Knowing what you value most in life can lead to greater health and happiness. Knowing your values can also help keep you on track with your goals. Values can be many things. They can be honesty, compassion, kindness, or respect. They can be your family, your work, a hobby you love, or wanting to save the planet. How can you get in touch with your values? Think about what gives you hope, what comforts you, or what makes you happy. Who do you feel the most connected to? Who do you feel compassion toward? What inspires you or fills you with awe?

Learning your values is a process of introspection—looking inward at what no one else but you can see: your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Taking the time to explore your heart and mind can help you pinpoint what matters most to you.
