Eating healthy during the week can be tough. After working all day, you may not have the time or the energy to cook. It’s tempting to hit up the drive through, order in, or eat out. But cooking at home is often healthier. So when you have more time, often on the weekends, prepare double batches of healthy meals. Chili, soups, stews, and casseroles work well, for instance.
