Do you tend to do the same workout all the time? If so, you may be neglecting other areas of your fitness routine. Cross training can help you achieve greater whole-body fitness. And it may make you less likely to get  an overuse injury. Try adding some body weight training to your jogging routine. Or mix in some cardio workouts with your strength training to get your heart pumping. Your body will benefit, and you might have a little fun.
