Need some extra motivation to fit in your workouts this week? Try tempting yourself with a good book, an engrossing podcast, a new album, or a fun play list. Pick something you really want to listen to. Then make it a workout-only treat. In other words, only let yourself listen to it when you’re working out. Then, if you don’t feel like working out, remind yourself of the treat that’s waiting for you if you do. This is known as temptation bundling, and it may help you stick to your workout routine.
