We all know we need water to survive. And yet it’s easy to forget to stay hydrated. Try to get into the habit of carrying water with you. You’ll stay well hydrated and you may even find your hunger pangs are kept at bay. It’s not uncommon to confuse hunger for thirst. So, you may also find yourself eating less at meals if you fill up on water throughout the day. Try adding slices of lemon, lime, or cucumber to your water to jazz it up.
