Some days, you may become too busy, too tired, or too distracted to stick with your fitness routine. Setting up cues that trigger you to work out may help. Pack your gym bag and set it by the front door. Sign up for some fitness classes and pay for them in advance. Set reminders on your cell phone, computer, or calendar. Keep a pair of walking shoes under your desk at work. Or arrange with a workout buddy to call or text you 30 minutes before your scheduled workout.
