Feeling tired or moody all the time can be due to a host of causes. And they can be hard to pinpoint. Too much stress, too little sleep, a lack of exercise, or the foods you eat may all play a role. So can some of the beverages you drink, including alcohol. As an experiment, try not to drink any alcoholic beverages for a few days. Then see if you notice any improvement in your sleep, energy, or mood. You may be pleasantly surprised.
