Walking is a great way to stay in shape. And to get a little more bang for your buck, add an incline. If you’re walking on a treadmill, just adjust your incline slightly. If you’re walking outside, skip the flat terrain and head for an area with hills. Or, find stairs that you can add to your route. Walking up hills or stairs is said to take twice the effort as walking on flat ground. That means you’ll burn more calories when you walk.
