Do you eat a lot of packaged, processed, canned, or frozen foods? If so, you may not be getting all the nutrients you need. Processing can strip nutrients out of foods. It can also add in less healthy ingredients such as sugar, salt, or fat. That’s why it’s good to try and eat more whole, unprocessed foods. Raw nuts, fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats and dairy, beans, and whole grains are good options.
