WELLNESS CHALLENGE

Some people tend to go about each day worrying about the future or dwelling on the past. Or their attention is pulled away by constant multi-tasking and digital distractions. But these things can prevent us from fully living in—and truly enjoying–the present moment. That can lead to more stress and less bliss. So, spend more time each day paying close attention to what’s going on around you and within you.

Pay close attention to a friend as they talk. Take note of the brilliant colors of the sunset. Or focus on your breathing for a minute to help calm your mind. What else?
