Life is a marathon, not a sprint. You don’t have an endless supply of energy. And if you’re not careful, you may run out of steam. So, try not to run yourself ragged each day. Pace yourself, instead. Your to-do list may be a mile long, but you don’t have to tackle everything at once. Chip away at it, little by little. Put your priorities at the top of the list.
