Regular exercise is good. But it’s also good to have an active lifestyle. A great way to add more activity to your day is to swap screen time for something more active. Instead of watching the news on TV, you could listen to the news on the radio while you do some housework. Rather than watching your favorite TV show, you could cue up a podcast or an audiobook while you take a walk. You’ll be on your feet and moving around, instead of sitting on the couch. And best of all, you’ll still be entertained.
