FITNESS CHALLENGE

Every now and then, it’s good to clean out your gym bag. Start by taking everything out. Give it a good wash and air it out. Then repack it with the essentials you need. Add workout gear like shorts, shoes, socks, and a t-shirt. Include exercise equipment, like a jump rope or resistance bands. Don’t forget toiletries, like shampoo and deodorant. And be sure to add any other items you might need, like a water bottle and a towel. A regular check of your gym bag can help ensure you have all you need when you work out.
