The less time you spend sitting each day, the more calories you’ll burn. So think of ways you can add more movement to your daily routine. Could you park at the far end of the parking lot and take the stairs today? How about doing squats and heel raises when you’re on the phone? Or could you march on the spot in front of the TV after dinner?
