Sure, you can fill out a bracket, but why not show off your skills on the court instead? Basketball can be a great aerobic activity that works your whole body. You work your arm muscles by dribbling and shooting. You work your leg muscles racing around on the court. And you even work your core muscles by twisting and spinning.

Don’t have a court of your own? Check for public courts at your neighborhood playground, park, or public school. Make sure to talk with your doctor before starting any new fitness routine.
