The light and stimulation from laptops, TVs, and other devices can make it harder to fall asleep. If you find yourself looking at a screen before bedtime, try change your route. Dim the lights. Listen to soft music. Soak in a warm bathtub. Read a book. Or do some deep breathing. When you relax each night before bed, you may sleep better.
When you make relaxing activities a habit, it helps your mind and body associate those activities with sleep.
