STRESS CHALLENGE

Most of us keep a running list of things we need to do. When life gets hectic, we put off many of those things, thinking we’ll tackle them when we have more time. And so they remain on your to-do list: Dry cleaning that sits in your car for days. Library books you keep meaning to pick up. A phone call you have to return.
