Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your head aligned with your spine. Bend your arms slightly and let them hang down at your sides with your palms facing your body. Exhale while you slowly lift your arms out to your sides until they are level with your shoulders and parallel with the floor. Keep your torso erect, elbows slightly bent, and wrists in neutral position as you do this. Then inhale as you let your arms slowly drop back down with the same good posture. Be sure to keep your neck relaxed throughout this workout.
