Standing on one foot or walking in a straight line, heel to toe, are both great balance exercises to practice. But there are a lot of other ways to boost your balance. That’s because good balance also depends on having strong legs, a strong core, and flexible muscles. So, really, biking, walking, climbing stairs, tai chi, and yoga can all help you train these muscles. Working on balance is a key part of a well-rounded fitness routine.
