Setting too many goals at once, especially lofty ones, can overwhelm even the most motivated. So this year, try to set only 1 small, realistic goal. It could be as small as eating 1 less dessert each week or walking 5 minutes during your lunch break.
Once you’ve reached the first goal, then set another one. Work on 1 small goal at a time. As you reach each goal, your confidence and motivation will likely build—one step at a time.
