Tai chi is a gentle, moving meditation that strengthens your core and your legs. This can help support your upper body and improve posture. Tai chi also helps you keep an upright spine in a relaxed, elongated way—rather than forcing it with rigid or tense muscles. And it helps you find healthy alignment of your feet, pelvic girdle, and head, too.
