STRESS CHALLENGE

When you’re done, review your list to see how you’re spending your free time. Ask yourself these questions: Why did I spend time on this? Did it help me reach my goals? Did I want to spend my time on this? What else could I have done with that time?
You may find that you are spending precious free time on something you don’t really value. In that case, consider cutting back on that activity in order to free up time for something you value more.
