Did you know that you can fit in a day’s worth of working out into three 10-minute sessions? Short workouts throughout your day can be a great way to get in shape. And you can do them almost anywhere, whenever you have a few minutes. But it may help you get the most from each 10-minute session if you have some exercises planned for each one. For your cardio, try jumping jacks or jogging in place. Mix in some squats, lunges, or pushups. Toss in some core planks and other strengthening exercises. And don’t forget to stretch at the end.
