Sometimes, all it takes is a few minutes to squeeze in some fitness. If you’re at your child’s soccer game, grab your running shoes from the car and do a few laps around the field. Take 10 minutes at lunch, lace up your shoes, and walk up and down the stairs a few times.
If you keep some minimal gear on hand, like a pair of athletic shoes, you may be more likely to make time for fitness. And every little bit helps!
