Instead of catching up with your friend over coffee, go for a hike together. Instead of going to brunch with your spouse, head to the park to toss a frisbee. Instead of going to the movies with your kids or grandkids, go bowling or go for a bike ride. You can have fun, spend time with your friends and family, and be a little more active.
