WELLNESS CHALLENGE

Tomorrow is the first day of your workout week. Make a pledge to think, say, or do at least one upbeat thing to start your week on a positive note. Try to find ways to help you look forward to the first day of your workout week. Make a list of things you feel excited about or are looking forward to. Start a new fitness challenge with a friend or your spouse. Share a good laugh over coffee after your workout, or plan a nice lunch or dinner.
